Go with your principles and water those seeds

We think we need to keep a certain behavior pattern running because it was part of our programming. And you need to keep it running at all costs, until your self-made principles tell you otherwise. Then you will see who is stronger, your principles or your programming.
Hint: Go with your principles.
You cannot lose.
You will be happier.

Years ago no one could break the four minute mile – until one person did. Then everybody did. It’s the same with life. Who is going to step out so we all could do the same? If not you, then who? Be the example!

Plant important seeds to get different results in your life. Think long-term goals, not immediate gratification!

Then one fine day you’ll harvest and it will seem effortless.
But you did put in the work.
You kept feeding and acknowledging every day.
Not always the exact results, but IT is better than anyone expects.
Focus on what you want to grow. Nurture and water those seeds. They can only grow.

Spread the word – everything is okay!

Keep letting go keeps you in the flow all the time. If you can’t let go anymore you stop growing. I think it is called being set in your ways.

That means a solidified attitude needs to soften. The hard will break or face a road that is not smooth. You are in for a rough ride. Better have good tires!

By letting go emotionally you are breaking new ground for IT to sink into the deeper parts of yourself. When you let go, your focus is back on yourself gaining strength to be used when the need arises.

Just remember: Taking the path of least resistance is not necessarily going to be easy. It is just less difficult than rowing against the stream.

I just got the word. Everything is OK. Spread the word!

How are you doing? Ask yourself

Where are your thoughts right now? We develop problems when our thoughts are always on something else. Such  problems take us away from who we really are.

No No No!

How are you doing? Ask yourself.
How do you feel about you?
Doing well?
Do you like to be with you?
How do you rate according to your standards?

Set your own high standards, and take steps each day to live up to them.
