Becoming the NO-THING

The NO THING is elusive. The deeper you go, there is less there is of you.

A continuous focusing on problems never ends. There will always be another and another. It could be something you do not like about yourself or something you do not have. Life is a game; you have to know how to play it. You need to be able to accept how things are, as each problem surfaces and you are OK with everything the game puts in your path. The good, the bad, the wins and losses, joy and pain – because once you do you are free. It does not have you. You are not playing any more. All those things do not occupy your consciousness any longer.

Now you work inwardly, paying attention to what the force brings to you and puts in your path, now that you are not afraid of what is going to happen next. Fear is gone. You work with the higher aspects – feeling, learning, observing the force at work – and you will see that IT is real. Every little thing happens for a reason. Each reason is a lesson. Take the lesson, not the attachment. When you work inwardly, you no longer play the game. You play your game.

Meditation
The only way you can identify IT is to match IT. The part that is so calm and perfect, absolutely clear with nothing in the way. These are the deeperlevels of your being. The lower levels are still subjected to your experiences, programs, what someone told you. The deeper you go the less there is of you, until the balanced perfect part is zeroed in on and held. It is elusive.

You have to disassociate yourself from all, including your human self and all that it contains. It cannothave any thoughts. Anything connected with the physical must cease. Just awareness is dominant. Let it all go, and hold the awareness until the absolute is located even for a brief second. That is all that is needed. It is not love. IT is nothing – the NO THING. It is not going anywhere or doing anything you can understand, and you do not focus on anything. You are trying to find and be nothing.

Separate yourself from the world on that thin, narrow way

Leave your self behind. Do not look back from who you were because transformation has momentum. That is who you are not who you were. Continuously breaking off layers of doubt, not trusting, attachment, guilt and programming. Acknowledge who you were, because you had to have certain experiences to make you.

Only identify with growth…expansion…becoming. Follow ITs flow – the force – the thin narrow way where you are able to separate yourself from the world. That is finding yourself and understanding what part you play in it. You are in this world but not of it.

That is detachment, because you know that something exists beyond you, beyond your mind. IT works and you trust IT to do whatever is necessary and that is OK.
Do not hold back. Find your talent, test the physical limit and push it. Look at yourself objectively, like you are outside of yourself looking in, mainly to separate the physical from the material. Put your attention on the force. You see it when you separate.
Nothing is going away. The physical will make you crazy! The other place to go is detachment – being open to what is brought to your path and what is going to happen next. Be ready because that is the nature of the force. IT works in everyone’s life, but they are not aware. Remember everyone else is also changing, not only you. So when your attention is on the force (detachment) everyone else is attached. It works out for your best. Others struggle with their minds. While you use the force, they use their minds.

Know there are two levels: The plans you make and the plans IT has for you. There are other factors involved, like timing of other events that need to occur before your plans become manifest. Always push and hold because after all inner factors have been satisfied manifestation must occur. Inner factors are belief in yourself and trusting the process. The process of having no doubt means anything that stands in your way can be overcome by letting IT do its thing, whether physical or spiritual understanding. Let go knowing that the inner can handle the outer, no matter what life throws at you, and stay focused not swayed by anything. Focused attention separates the outer circumstances from source energy. Stay focused; everything else is secondary, and the secondary will try to lead you astray, trying to make you believe IT is not real. That’s because misery loves company.
