Becoming the NO-THING

The NO THING is elusive. The deeper you go, there is less there is of you.

A continuous focusing on problems never ends. There will always be another and another. It could be something you do not like about yourself or something you do not have. Life is a game; you have to know how to play it. You need to be able to accept how things are, as each problem surfaces and you are OK with everything the game puts in your path. The good, the bad, the wins and losses, joy and pain – because once you do you are free. It does not have you. You are not playing any more. All those things do not occupy your consciousness any longer.

Now you work inwardly, paying attention to what the force brings to you and puts in your path, now that you are not afraid of what is going to happen next. Fear is gone. You work with the higher aspects – feeling, learning, observing the force at work – and you will see that IT is real. Every little thing happens for a reason. Each reason is a lesson. Take the lesson, not the attachment. When you work inwardly, you no longer play the game. You play your game.

Meditation
The only way you can identify IT is to match IT. The part that is so calm and perfect, absolutely clear with nothing in the way. These are the deeperlevels of your being. The lower levels are still subjected to your experiences, programs, what someone told you. The deeper you go the less there is of you, until the balanced perfect part is zeroed in on and held. It is elusive.

You have to disassociate yourself from all, including your human self and all that it contains. It cannothave any thoughts. Anything connected with the physical must cease. Just awareness is dominant. Let it all go, and hold the awareness until the absolute is located even for a brief second. That is all that is needed. It is not love. IT is nothing – the NO THING. It is not going anywhere or doing anything you can understand, and you do not focus on anything. You are trying to find and be nothing.
