Our thoughts can be powerful motivators

If our thoughts could be monitored and observed we could see what and how we bring things into our lives. Is it knowingly, or mostly unknowingly? Realize that there is so much we can do to make our lives better, but we are lulled into a false reality created by our unchecked thoughts.

You wonder how things got to be this way. It is because you created them. The good news is you can start anytime with the first thought of the day. What do you focus on? Are your thoughts just random? Do you just let in any thought that wants come into your mind? There is a bunch of garbage looking for some attention that will occupy your mind and life.

Choose a meaningful, important endeavor, and sit with it until a feeling motivates you into some action ¬– no matter how long it takes! Write your thoughts down to bring them into a sharper focus. Writing is very important because your thoughts have to be constantly fed in order to grow.

Looking to soar? Empty the trash

You have to cut off all your loose ends to really break free. Some things should not touch you, they should have no effect on you one way or another. I do not care where it is, what it is, or who it is/

If you want to soar. CUT IT OFF!

Fear is bad. The fear of having more – for example, more life..rather than complacency. Complacency means just good enough, no matter how miserable things may appear. Soaring requires CHANGE.  It is not as difficult as your think, because the benifits outweigh the effort.

Run with the ones that can run with you and pray for the ones that can pass you, because it pushes you to see things in ways you never have before. Now that is a happy thought.

Push past yourself and do not stop. You do not have a choice when you know.

Get on the wave and do what it takes to ride it. Are you thinking of falling?
NO! Because you most certainly will if you think you will. Or do you think IT was meant for someone else? Why not you? Do you have reasons that it cannot be you?

Do you think you deserve it? Why?

Did you let go of garbage that does not serve you? Do you know how to clean it up? It’s got to be done correctly so you can settle the score that’s mostly in your head. Remember you are freeing up disk space in your brain. Emptying the trash. Now you are freeing up memory to do something meant for exactly for you!
